The clients brief on a recently installed commercial project in Underwood Street, Paddington, NSW required a complete outdoor living solution with sun, wind and rain protection for the in-climate days, with full retractably to open up for the glorious summer and winters day. The superbly designed and landscaped internal 150m2 courtyard, centred within the commercial offices and café is the central hub for meetings, lunches and functions.

Blindmaster designed with the owners and builders 2 x PT100 structures to cover the entire courtyard. At the press of a button, the two 75m2 retractable roofs close and 14 zipped tracked motorised PVC screens can be lowered to provide all year protection from in-climate weather. With the two independent roofs, the clients are completely flexible in providing partial or complete sun protection for the patrons. The result, a very satisfied customer with a completely adjustable all year round solution.
