Park Hyatt Sydney re-opens

Park Hyatt Sydney has great pleasure in advising that the much anticipated re-opening of the newly transformed luxury hotel will take place on 01 February, 2012.

It closed the doors earlier this year to undergo a complete hotel redesign, transform the interiors and pare back exteriors to their barest bones. Every aspect of the hotel has been dramatically transformed, from architecturally designed guest rooms to a new dining experience, contemporary bar, and tranquil spa.

When Park Hyatt Sydney re-opens its doors it will feature three new dining and drinking venues for your pleasure. Offering a quintessential Sydney dining experience, The Dining Room has a coveted harbour front location, with a design that is stylish and sophisticated. With intimate seating, a rich and warm decor and unrivalled Opera House views, The Dining Room also offers a private experience for eight, in addition to a Chef's Table seating up to eight guests.

Discover executive chef Andrew McKee's contemporary Australian-inspired menu featuring local produce and authentic flavours, paired with Australian and international wines as selected by the resident sommelier.

The Living Room provides a luxurious and relaxed setting from which to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, an indulgent afternoon tea or casual meal throughout the day. Natural tones, timber flooring, sunlit-drenched lounges, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and a view of the glittering harbour create a tranquil Sydney experience.

Reservations are now being accepted for accommodation and dining from 01 February, 2012.
