Rockpool Bar & Grill to open in Perth

Neil Perry has confirmed plans to extend the successful Rockpool Bar & Grill restaurant concept to Perth.

To be located at Burswood Entertainment Complex in Perth and scheduled to open in February, it will be the third Rockpool Bar & Grill for Perry and his business partners, Trish Richards and David Doyle.

The restaurant will continue the concept of combining an “impressive dining room with professional and informed service”, said Perry.

Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth will have a capacity for 200 diners as well as a bar and private dining facilities.

While Perry will oversee the kitchen and restaurant at Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth, he is now in the process of assembling the team who will manage the day-to-day operations. Already in place as head chef is Dan Masters, who is currently sous chef at Rockpool and has worked in the kitchens of Le Gavroche in London, and The French Laundry in California.
