South Pacific Fabrics was founded in 1987 by Robert and Victoria King as an importer of high end fabric, interior furnishings, wallcoverings and trimmings for interior designers and architects throughout Australia.

Now, 22 years later we have expanded the business to become an important source for the Interior Design Industry. South Pacific Fabrics provides the finest quality luxury handcrafted goods to the design trade imported from around the globe to the southern hemisphere.

With three South Pacific Fabrics showrooms in Australia, we are also represented by agents in the various states. The head office is located above the Sydney showroom in Paddington, NSW. The second showroom opened in Melbourne in 2006 and is the largest wholesale showroom in the precinct generating a considerable amount of destination traffic for the region of Prahran. This year we will be opening our third showroom in Fortitude Valley, QLD.

Our extensive range of textiles, furniture and lighting are representative of the most exclusive brands worldwide; Sahco from Germany, Dedar, Rubelli and Loro Piana from Italy, Lelievre & Kenzo from Paris and Donghia & Pollack from the USA just to name a few.
