Swerve Design’s refurbishment of the Lapstone Hotel into a cosy mountain retreat with a modern Australian twist is proving very popular. A contemporary classic appealing to a wide market base, the refurbishment has attracted new customers, which is helping drive strong growth despite the recent challenges faced by the industry.
