The Quarter Acre Hotel is the latest pub to open in Perth, and this one is in the affluent suburb of Applecross. The joint owners also operate venues including Little Creatures, Alex Hotel, Shadow Wine Bar, Henry Summer, La Cholita and Sneaky Tony’s. With a resume like this under their belt, you can be sure that the Quarter Acre Hotel is going to be a hit!

We were engaged by the owners to provide all the bespoke tables for the internal and external dining areas. For the internal restaurant area, Tassy Oak solid timber tops were selected to match the unique interior feature decor. The configurations of the tables ranged from 2 seater to 10 seater sizes to cater for bigger groups. The classic No. 18 Bentwood chairs were used to match these bespoke tables. Two large custom mobile planter boxes were also fabricated to be used as privacy screens for group bookings and functions.

There is a massive outdoor area with feature decking and even a sand pit for the little ones. We proposed a range of Spotted Gum slatted tops with custom steel frames for this area. The Quarter Acre Hotel can cater up to 400 patrons which is huge especially in this area. This will be the new spot to be!
