C+ I islead by Partners Richard Cullinan and Vladimir Ivanov both of whom bring extensive experience in design and development of hospitality focussed projects. We provide personalised partner level service, creativity and experienced judgment on all our projects.

At C+I our team of Architects and Interior Designers focus on achieving design excellence and financially successful projects, whilst our project managers ensure a professional and hassle free process for our clients.Our clients include leading Clubs and Hotels in the industry.

RICHARD CULLINAN

Richard has worked extensively with the leading clubs and hotels in industry including; Easts Leagues, St Johns Park Bowling Club, Revesby Workers Club, Rooty Hill RSL, and Wenty Leagues Club, Les Walker, Feros Group, among many others. Richard has been developing new ways to analyse and design efficiency improvements to standard club and pub operations, and club diversification of revenue streams. Richard has extensive industry knowledge and has regular contact with key players in the club and hotel industry. Richard has led large project teams from concept to handover.

Prior to forming Cullinan Ivanov Partnership Richard lead Altis Architecture in the role of Practice Director. Under his leadership this practice enjoyed substantial growth in size and profile.

In forming Cullinan Ivanov Partnership Richard is determined in his goal of creating a practice with its clear focus on exceptional service delivery for our clients.

VLADIMIR IVANOV

Vladimir is an award winning architect who cut his teeth in the studios of Harry Seidler working on prestigious residential and commercial projects before starting his own successful Practice.

After running his Practice for 12 years Vladimir joined with Richard to create Cullinan Ivanov Partnership.

Vladimir’s focus is on the creation of highly effective design solutions which deliver the best possible performance and results for our clients.

Vladimir brings a wealth of experience and exceptional creativity to Cullinan Ivanov Partnership.
