Based in the heart of Byron Bay, it isn’t just a brewery though…it has a restaurant, a beer garden tailor made for sipping fresh beer and an entertainment area where some of Australia’s leading musicians will be performing live. The  venue, originally known as The Piggery and then as the

Buddha Bar/ Restaurant, was established in the early 1980’s, with rock concerts, long hair and hippies and has recently gone under the knife.

The Owner and Managing director Barry Schadel did all the interior decorating.

The lights were installed by the electricians at Circuits Plus and the sound was installed by Norwest Productions.
