Located on the Rooftop of the Piccadilly Centre, Platform3 Nightspot is Wollongong’s newest public entertainment venue.

Platform3 has a state of the art lighting and sound show, six television screens throughout the venue, a stylish and modern entrance surrounded by ambient wall washers, two smaller intimate lounges, VIP/table service for their guests to sit, relax and enjoy the evening without the stresses of waiting at the bar.

Lightsounds Wollongong designed, supplied and installed all of the audio visual requirements including Pioneer DJ gear, Wharfedale speakers, Light Emotions lighting, Soundking, and a Nightlife Video system. Smaller lightweight amplification and speakers have allowed more discrete installation and thus greater flexibility with design and layout.

The venue also required a range of different ambient lighting and with close consultation Lightsounds were able to develop an overall look that exceeded the client’s expectations.
