The “jewel in the crown” of Perth’s new Elizabeth Quay Development sees this amazing venue bringing together a heritage icon and a fresh, new hospitality concept for those who enjoy entertaining in the surrounds of the Swan River. The Florence Hummerston Pavillion (originally built in 1928) became the
cornerstone of the new island to which Isle of Voyage creates a clean and joyful interior serving healthy, locally sourced food for all. The interior focuses on adding quality touches to the diner’s experience with addition of Solid Oak furniture and Liberty fabrics from London.
