Eden offers a short orders area with casual bar or high table eating and a lounge area for those lazy morning starts. The dining area is set into a loose table option along banquette seting or hero tables for group bookiings. The very catchy dining room add-on is the wine blending room which is a european style of drinking where you can try your hand at making your own blend from local wines. The outdoor terraces are booth additions to the interior for those nice beach summer nights with one casual low table area and another area off the dining room for a seated dinner. Being seaside, seasonal business trade is typical of the area so my proposal to the client was also to try for a warmer palette to make an enjoyable winter experience as well as a shady cool summer one. If you can get through winter you will have a great year!

Masters Chair

Masters chair by Philippe Starck for Kartell combines the simple sketch outline of three of the world’s most famous modern chairs – Arne Jacobsen’s Series 7 Chair, Eero Saarinen’s Tulip armchair, and Charles Eames’ Eiffel chair.

Space Furniture

The use of a simple yet cost effective material like ply can be seen in many forms and applications. Detailing the walls and furniture in a way that it brings on a charm that is appreciated by those visiting. Genesin Studio even designed the tables, hero table, front screen and banquette out of plantation ply which has been very calming to the space.

The Sun was also a huge task to consider when you have more than 75% of your walls are glazing and harsh sun in summer. The control of the harsh summer sun was also considered in the facade design with a laser-cut Marine Ply façade to give shade during the day and to create a lure at night, … Genesin Studio like the to think of it as lingerie for architecture! The repetitive pattern is very luring at night with thrown off light from the interiors. During the day the pattern is large enough that you can still see through to the views beyond.

Client testimonial
Eden has been a great success for us once we ironed out a few teething problems at the start with staff. Our loction is typically seasonal and Ryan Genesin’s design and pallette has proven us well with a solid winter trade and growing popular nights that we now have to get in live entertainment most night to keep the place buzzing. Everyone loves the interiors and the facade looks great at night. The restaurant is very eye-catching to pedestrian at the marina, which is good for us!
