The designers were commissioned to overhaul the 700m2 venue formerly home to the Mustang Bar into two distinct venues; downstairs, a beer hall styled restaurant and alehouse to compliment their client’s focus on food and craft ales, and upstairs, an activity based space to allow for function hire, with a lighter aesthetic for cocktails and bocce.

The designers managed to create two distinct venues within the same building, balancing design and materials and collaborating with the client on food, beverage, entertainment and theme to make the venues compliment each other. Allowing patrons an array of experiences
throughout the day and night.

Derlot Editions furniture designed by Alexander Lotersztain used throughout the venue: Picket tables and stools, Cup booth seat, Kono tables, Tetromino modular seating.

The Alehouse
Beer hall-esque with hidden treasures and a life sized mammoth.

The Garden Bar
A jungle oasis with indoor bocce greens and a giant Jenga.

The designers proposed the name and had a life sized mammoth manufactured as the centerpiece of the space.
