The site featured an unique central servery with fireplace and booth integration. The severy is the central point and all else radiates from it. The designers were looking to achieve modern urban style ambience.
The space was planned around access to the food service behind the space, and to be in a direct line of sight from the front door to ensure customer recognition and appeal. The grease trap location dictated a last minute redesign of the servery wet items.
Glossy shiny materials with high levels of lighting reinforced the polished, clean look the designers wanted the new facility to have.
The colours were chosen to blend with some exiting features and to give a clean new look.
The back lit acrylic and other high levels of lighting reinforced the clean look we were after.
Laser cut screens add a layer of detail and interest that tie the various elements together.
The client is very happy with the result and reports multiple groups booking the space that was separated from the main dining room by the addition of the fireplace element.
