North West Sydney now has a great new dining destination, The Governor Hotel in Macquarie Park.

This brilliant hotel by Momento Hospitality includes a multi-level pub, bistro, garden and rooftop bar offering a diverse range of eating and drinking spaces.

The Governor’s main bar and bistro on the ground floor seats 260 people with many dining options including cosy nooks and private booths inspired by old train carriages. The space is fitted out in dark timber, royal green tiles and an abundance of lush plantings.

Upstairs, the rooftop bar offers another dining experience enticing patrons to enjoy their signature drink, ‘The Governor’ – and take in the magnificent 360-degree views of the local area. The Ess has an Asian inspired menu featuring a Japanese charcoal grill.

So what makes a brilliant venue? It is 100% the atmosphere and here LightCo has played a significant role through lighting – helping to maintain the olde-world charm in a number of areas including the private booths and venue entries.
